Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a Collaborative Process

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a partnership between therapist and client, and it is essential to recognize that although SFH is an extremely effective catalyst, the client's commitment to the process determines the outcome. This required dedication includes things like regularly utilizing the provided audio support, thoughtfully reflecting on session content, and actively making the necessary behavioral shifts outside of therapy.

NOTE: Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a Collaborative Process

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand, it is a partnership between therapist and client. While I am confident in the results we could achieve, it's important to understand that they are impacted by how open to the process and committed to change you are.
